Job Profile Summary: Develops relationships with the largest and most complex clients to increase revenue. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Works with national accounts and other strategically important clients. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Drives retention and growth among the most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. Provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Comply with the requirements of the company’s Quality Management System. Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Bachelor’s degree 10+ years of related experience Manage a client portfolio in excess of $5 M in Revenue Generate new business from prospecting and cold calling. Develop and maintain on-going book of business. Establish, build and manage client relationships. Negotiate price and contract agreements. On-going follow through and account management Focus and commitment to a “Superior Customer Experience.” Desired Skills, Experience, and Education: Strong leadership and team building skills. Build a strong vision, communicate it and execute accordingly. Strong business acumen with the ability to have insightful business discussions at the executive level. Self-motivated and competitive drive Strong organizational, communication and decision-making skills. Work independently as well as in a team environment. Establish partnerships by selling at a higher level and avoid transactional business arrangements. Physical Requirements: Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period. Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
