What You Will Do Lead a dynamic team of sales and account professionals to drive performance, retention, and strategic growth across the portfolio. Enable frontline managers, align customer success with enterprise objectives, and deliver measurable impact. How You Will Make An Impact Strategic Leadership & Manager Enablement Lead, coach, and develop account management leaders to drive team performance and customer outcomes. Translate enterprise strategy into actionable goals and execution plans. Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking.
Growth Acceleration & Revenue Strategy Design and implement scalable upsell and cross-sell strategies across key accounts. Collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize pipeline health, forecasting, and performance metrics. Drive strategic account planning and territory alignment to maximize market penetration.
Retention & Renewal Optimization Lead renewal strategy and execution to ensure proactive engagement and long-term customer value. Leverage predictive analytics and customer health scoring to identify risk and deploy targeted interventions. Champion retention as a core driver of sustainable growth.
Executive-Level Customer Engagement Serve as a strategic advisor and escalation point for high-value accounts. Lead executive business reviews to reinforce value delivery and deepen strategic partnerships. Amplify the voice of the customer across product, service, and operational teams.
Performance Management & Strategic Reporting Establish KPIs to measure team effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact. Conduct quarterly performance reviews with managers to assess progress and recalibrate strategy. Deliver insights-driven reporting to senior leadership on account health and growth opportunities.
Enterprise Collaboration & Influence Partner across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless execution. Drive alignment with Customer Success to enhance lifecycle engagement and brand loyalty. Represent customer needs and market dynamics in cross-functional initiatives.
Process Innovation & Enablement Lead transformation efforts to modernize account management tools, workflows, and engagement models. Utilize CRM, analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making. Promote a mindset of innovation and experimentation in sales enablement.
