The National Reimbursement Program Director is a player-coach role, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a field reimbursement program while also working on individual accounts advancing product access and reimbursement for patients. This role involves ensuring the compliant delivery of program and partnership goals, managing team productivity, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The Program Director will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the program, ensuring compliance with customer and Syneos Health standards. Team Supervision: Directly supervise an FRM team, providing feedback and coaching to elevate performance. Program Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of program goals and assignments, maintaining high-quality standards. Access and Reimbursement: Support patient access and reimbursement education to HCPs and staff by using approved messaging, tools and patient support services. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Performance Monitoring: Track program deliverables against the Statement of Work (SOW) and delivery dates, ensuring all standard deliverables are met. Talent Management: Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the program, ensuring team members receive appropriate coaching and support. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential risks to program success, escalating issues as needed. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in field reimbursement people management. Prior experience in Neurology or Rare Disease therapeutic area preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
