We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of National MSLs to lead a field medical team focused on depression and psychiatric disorders. This role is responsible for developing and executing field medical strategies that align with cross-functional goals, driving scientific engagement, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities: Develop and implement national field medical strategies in alignment with medical affairs, commercial, and regulatory objectives.

Coach, mentor, and manage MSLs to ensure high performance, scientific integrity, and compliance.

Engage key opinion leaders and present scientific data to medical associations and academic institutions.

Collaborate with alliance partners and internal stakeholders to enhance team effectiveness and strategic alignment.

Maintain deep therapeutic expertise in depression and psychiatric disorders to support scientific exchange and clinical insight gathering.

Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree and 10+yrs in leading and managing national MSL teams

Proven leadership in field medical affairs with a strong background in neuroscience, psychiatry, or related therapeutic areas.

Skilled in operational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and scientific communication.

Passionate about advancing care and innovation in mental health.

Travel up to 30% as needed
