Position Summary
The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and monitoring Electrolits online sales channels to drive revenue, enhance the customer experience, and ensure consistent branding. Youll play a critical role in creating and updating product listings, managing asset inventory, executing online promotions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategies across convenience, drug, grocery, and mass retailer platforms. You will also be responsible for maintaining Electrolits PIM platform (Salsify), auditing retailer e-commerce sites for accuracy and consistency, and managing Electrolits DTC site to ensure a seamless and high-performing online presence.
Location/Region: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Principal Duties
Manage Electrolits central repository for all product information and assets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across regional and channel-specific content
Create and maintain PIM product listings for all Electrolit SKUs, including core products, zero, powders, and innovation lines
Audit and implement channel mapping and syndication strategies for targeted retailers, optimizing both above-the-fold and enhanced content product listings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives and identify innovative opportunities for incremental growth in the e-commerce channel
Oversee the development and distribution of all digital shelf assets for PIM syndication and internal use
Provide timely and clear communication on brand activity and key retailer digital shelf updates to internal business partners
Research customer preferences and analyze product performance to inform effective product positioning and branding strategies
Partner with internal Key Account Managers (KAMs) to understand business needs to deliver best-in-class optimization plans
Develop and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of digital shelf marketing initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
In-depth knowledge and expertise with the Salsify platform and PIM/digital shelf management
Exceptional communication, planning, and project management abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster and manage multiple relationships in a dynamic business environment
Proven ability to contribute to and execute comprehensive marketing plans
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills to ensure optimal outcomes
Highly collaborative, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on creating win-win opportunities
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a team
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in PIM and Digital Shelf management, preferably within the CPG industry
Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Salsify (PIM) platform
In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry
Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Other Requirements
Able and willing to travel (Travel up to 10%)
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
