Overview National Account Director - Install Base
We are looking for a dynamic leader to manage, retain, and expand relationships with QAD Redzone’s existing national customer accounts. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, driving adoption of Redzone modules, and identifying new revenue opportunities through expansions, upsells, and renewals. The director acts as a trusted advisor, partnering with Customer Success, Implementation & Coaching, Development/Engineering and executive stakeholders to maximize value from the Redzone investment. This is a full-time, exempt, remote role with travel up to 60% as required by seasonal business needs.

Responsibilities Account Management & Retention: Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned national accounts, drive renewal management, ensure customer satisfaction, monitor health and adoption metrics, and mitigate churn risk.
Expansion & Growth: Identify opportunities to expand Redzone usage across additional sites, plants, or modules; design value-driven expansion proposals with cross-functional teams; consistently achieve or exceed expansion and upsell targets.
Customer Advocacy & Partnership: Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders from site Directors to executives; align Redzone solutions with business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives; represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product, services, and support improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Success on onboarding and training; collaborate with Marketing on success stories and references; align with Sales leadership to forecast expansion pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Sales, Operations or Business Management preferred but not required.
3-5 years' outside sales experience, preferably in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
SME knowledge of QAD Redzone’s products/services; passion for selling.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; ability to engage with C-level executives and other decision-makers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to meet sales quotas; capable of managing multiple deadlines and tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM (Salesforce); ability to learn computer-based software required for the role.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; comfortable working in a high-paced, growth environment.
Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $110,000-$135,000 USD annually; placement within range based on knowledge, skills, experience, location, and equity.
