As an Associate Creative Director you will discover, present and deliver creative solutions for anything and everything that Marketing Werks touches. Whether the issue at hand is for an existing client, a growth prospect or an internal initiative - you will use a strong background in marketing and exceptional visual thinking to set the standards for our work.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Creative Director and other members of the department to concept and refine ideas across mediaPresent and discuss creative work to clientsMentor junior members of departmentInterpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative developmentArticulate creative direction to fulfillment partners (fabricators, printers, et cetera)Liaise with counterparts in other disciplines of marketing (from traditional to social) to ensure integrated workLead the agency's work to a higher aestheticWork with Creative Director and other members of senior management to identify opportunities for growth and the resources neededProfessionally represent Marketing Werks in the marketplaceOther duties as assigned that support the overall agency, department and program goalsQualificationsPortfolio of produced workA minimum of 7 years' experience working full time within marketingSuperior visual problem-solving skillsThorough knowledge of Abobe Creative Suite 6Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and flexibility in daily workExcellent verbal and written communication abilityExcellent presentation skillsAbility to manage department personnelStrong organization/time management skillsSelf-motivated and able to project manage, handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast pace agency settingAble to travelCROSSMARK is committed to providing accessible employment practices and welcomes applications from people with disabilities.
