Job Responsibilities

As ta Mobile Director of Nursing , you provide regional support to facility as an Interim DON. This position helps maintain facility compliance with all nursing policies and procedures.

Additional responsibilities: Operates the healthcare components in accordance with the established policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Serves as a Mentor and provides orientation for newly on boarded Nursing Directors Coordinates nursing service with community agencies, physicians, families, residents, consultants, ancillary service providers and other departments within the facility. Responsible for the maintenance of nursing service objectives, facility and departmental policies and procedures, standards of practice, methods of coordination of the nursing services with other disciplines and adherence to all corporate, state and federal requirements.
