The Medical Director oversees and directs day-to-day operations of the medical clinic, supervises and trains all medical clinic staff, and ensures a high standard of patient care and safety at the medical clinic that remains within state regulatory and licensing requirements. The Medical Director will also collaborate with other FSH departments in an effort to continue the expansion of staff and services provided at the medical clinic. Tired of working 40+ hours per week? Flexible Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9-hour days Salary position ranging from $145,000 to $150,000 Our full-time benefits include: Robust paid time off program with enhanced benefits as you grow with us 15 paid holidays annually, including your birthday 401(k) employer match Opportunity for annual merit increase and annual bonus Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Education and Experience: Must be State licensed and Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with NPI Have either an active buprenorphine waiver or a willingness to obtain a waiver upon hire Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program Duties to include but not limited to: Oversee and direct day-to-day operations of the medical clinic Ensure a high standard of patient care and safety at the medical clinic Ensure evidence-based clinical care standards are established and followed in the medical clinic Ensure medical clinic meets state regulatory and licensing requirements Prepare medical clinic for Joint Commission accreditation, apply when primary care is implemented Represent medical clinic during behavioral health Joint Commission audits and future medical clinic audits Write policy and procedure manual for medical clinic, review annually, and update as clinic expands Review and update general FSH policy and procedures that relate to patient safety or medical needs on behalf of the executive team on an annual basis Lead, manage, and train all medical clinic staff Create onboarding program for new medical clinic staff and update as new services are added to the clinic Obtain initial CLIA laboratory certification and hold title as Laboratory Director All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or status as a protected veteran.
