We are seeking a Medical Director to join our leadership team and help guide our growing multi-hospital group. This role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian with a passion for clinical excellence, mentorship, and team development. You'll partner closely with our Hospital Administrator to lead operations, uphold medical standards, and build a positive, inclusive culture across all three locations.
What You'll Do:
-Provide medical leadership and ensure high standards of patient care -Mentor associate veterinarians and support staff across multiple sites -Collaborate on recruiting, budgeting, and strategic planning -Champion wellness and DEI efforts -Shape protocols and drive clinical quality improvements
What We're Looking For:
-DVM or equivalent; eligible for Colorado licensure -3+ years clinical experience (urgent care or ER preferred) -Previous leadership experience (formal or informal) -Strong communicator and team builder -Passion for mentorship and inclusive, community-centered care
