We’re seeking a forward-thinking Veterinary Medical Director to lead a collaborative, multi-modal veterinary practice in the heart of Boston. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide medical leadership and serve as a key decision-maker on clinical protocols and standards of care
  • Collaborate closely with operations leadership to ensure seamless integration of telemedicine, mobile, and in-clinic services
  • Mentor and develop veterinarians and support staff to foster a culture of clinical excellence and compassion
  • Support recruiting and onboarding of DVMs and medical team members
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and uphold compliance with all veterinary regulations
  • Maintain a partial caseload to stay engaged with patients and support the team


What We’re Looking For:

  • DVM or equivalent degree and active MA veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience; prior leadership or medical director experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Passion for innovation in veterinary medicine, including interest in telehealth and mobile care delivery
  • Committed to high standards of patient care, client service, and team development
