Position Summary: Job Title: Medical Director-LTC Location: Springfield, MA 01199 Duration: 48 Weeks’ Contract (Possible Extension) Schedule: M-F with EOW Shift: Days (8x5) Pay Range: $3200-$4000/ Gross Weekly

Key Responsibilities: · Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all resident care · Supervise and support medical staff and interdisciplinary teams · Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards · Develop and implement clinical policies and protocols · Lead quality improvement and infection control initiatives · Communicate with families, staff, and external care providers

Requirements: · Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with valid license to practice in MA · Board certified in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or related specialty · Minimum 5 years' clinical experience in LTC, geriatrics, or similar setting · Proven leadership and administrative experience in healthcare · Strong understanding of long-term care regulations and best practices
