\nAs the Medical Director at Ruskin Animal Hospital, you will provide\nmedical leadership for the hospital ensuring quality care is provided, while\nalso managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory\ncompliance. Alongside the Hospital Manager, you will oversee the\nfinancial performance of the hospital, preparing operating and capital budgets,\nand meeting budget expectations. Additionally, you and the Hospital Manager\nwill oversee staff and the overall management of the practice, under the\ndirection of National Veterinary Associates (NVA) Divisional Leadership.
