Premier PT is an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy group treating musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain for all conditions. We specialize in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, dry needling, vestibular interventions, splinting and certified hand therapy, industrial injury prevention and rehabilitation, recovery from auto accident injuries, post-concussion treatment, balance training, post-surgical rehabilitation, athletic training, and the treatment and rehabilitation of all types of acute and chronic pain and injury conditions. We believe strongly in serving our communities, and we provide outreach Athletic Training services to nine Delaware high schools and multiple community sport organizations. Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance has an immediate opportunity for a motivated full-time Physical Therapy Director with an entrepreneurial spirit for our fun and energetic outpatient clinic in Kent County . Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
Clinic Director
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Graduate Program
Current State of Delaware license Physical Therapy License, CPR certification
