Requirements: Medical Board Certification and subspecialty certification in Medical Toxicology

Job Summary: As the Medical Director, you will take the lead in providing clinical supervision and consultation, developing medical guidelines, and enhancing professional education and staff development for the Missouri Poison Center. You will work closely with the director on quality assurance activities and administrative duties, demonstrating your commitment to toxicology through education, research, and publications. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure call coverage by other medical staff during holidays, vacations, and time off. Establish and maintain standard practices for the patient population. Maintain an office for clinical decision-making during service times.
