IES has an opportunity for an Emergency Department Medical Director at Ennis Regional Medical Center and Parkview Regional Hospital:

Provide on-site management of the clinical and administrative aspects for the emergency department. Manage the quality improvement plan including attending regular meetings and review of medical records Supervise staff, provide feedback, and assure provision of high-quality care Review the provider schedule and ensure adequate staffing Actively participate in the recruitment and retention of qualified physicians Serve as liaison between hospital administration and clinical staff and provide regular feedback to IES leadership

Department Details:

24 hours of physician coverage daily (twelve hr shifts) 14K annual Volume 9 Bed Emergency Department EMR: MedHost

Requirements:

BC/BE Emergency Medicine. Previous experience as Medical Director or Assistant Medical Director. Active TX License.
