Job Description: Serve as Medical Director for the pediatric hospitalist practice Provide coverage for high-risk deliveries Conduct emergency room consults involving pediatric patients Manage pediatric admissions of low acuity cases Provide well newborn care at the hospital Collaborate with affiliated Level-III NICU for newborns requiring intensive NICU care (transport coordination) Work a full-time schedule consisting of twelve 24-hour shifts per month with on-call responsibilities from home Support a hospital with approximately 500 deliveries annually Engage in a collaborative environment with commuters welcome to apply This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area.
