Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Medical Director in Panama City to help make a positive impact on patients lives. This position offers flexible hours, with support from a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee patient care and review files in compliance with state guidelines. Provide input on protocols, staff training, and quality improvement initiatives. Facilitate patient referrals and communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists. Assist in developing and implementing patient care and clinic policies. Offer guidance on market opportunities and clinic growth. Document patient progress notes and conduct consultations. Support hiring and evaluation of medical staff. Address patient inquiries and concerns with compassion. Qualifications Requirements : Current Medical License and Active DEA registration. Preferred : Active practice in Clark County, with specialization in General Practice, Family Practice, OBGYN, Internal Medicine, or a related field. What We Offer Employer-paid malpractice coverage.
