The FMD will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective emergency medical care while aligning with organizational goals and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for multiple FSEDs, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.- Manage physician and mid-level provider staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.- Develop and implement clinical processes to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.- Oversee quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement programs to maintain high standards of care.- Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to align operational goals with organizational objectives.- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines in all clinical operations.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff.Altus Community Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer.
