Saelo is a design-forward Korean skincare and medical spa redefining facial aesthetics through advanced technology and natural results. We’re seeking Saelo's first Medical Assistant to support our providers, maintain operational excellence, and deliver a refined client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Patient Coordination: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for Saelo’s experience. Manage patient flow by confirming appointments, sending reminders, coordinating schedule adjustments during provider buffers, and calling clients as needed. Welcome and guide guests to the waiting area, oversee front-of-house presentation and organization, restock office and retail supplies, and sign for and manage incoming deliveries.
• Inventory Management: Order, track, and restock monthly medical and skincare inventory including Botox, Sculptra, Oligio tips, exosomes, and McKesson supplies. Maintain digital inventory logs and communicate with vendors as needed.
• Procedure Support: Prepare treatment rooms and trays, reconstitute Botox, apply numbing, and assist during injectable or device-based procedures as needed.
• Room Turnover & Sterilization: Clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms following each service, ensuring compliance with medical standards.
• Patient Experience: Greet and prepare clients for treatment, provide comfort throughout the procedure, and ensure a smooth handoff to the front desk or provider.
• Photo & Documentation: Support Medical Providers in capturing before-and-after photos, label consistently, and upload to Google Cloud for tracking and marketing purposes.
• Provider Assistance: Anticipate needs during procedures, handle consumables and disposables efficiently, and communicate any clinical or equipment issues promptly.
• Inventory Forecasting: Monitor usage rates and proactively flag low stock or upcoming reorders to management.
• Client Education & Upsell: Understand Saelo’s philosophy and assist in upselling the Idealist program or complementary treatments aligned with client goals.
• General Support: Assist with light administrative tasks such as intake forms, client notes, and organizing medical charts.

Ideal Candidate

• 1 year of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetics clinic preferred. Good opportunity for future medical providers
• Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail with a passion for aesthetics and skincare, aspiring medical provider
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-touch environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
