Overview The Media Account Management Director is a hybrid project manager and client partner, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a complex media account. This role ensures flawless execution of media campaigns by coordinating across internal teams including: Client Services, Media, Search, Social, Creative, Ad Operations, and Data & Analytics, and managing operational processes such as billing, timelines, and deliverables. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for media campaign operations and project delivery. Lead the entire process of media plan implementation from initiation to completion and analysis; ensuring achievements, deliverables, and budgets are met. Facilitate communication across internal and external teams to maintain alignment on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Support billing, budgeting, and tracking processes to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Partner with strategy and media teams to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into actionable next steps. Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement scalable solutions that enhance operational workflow. Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and proactively addressing issues or opportunities. Qualifications

7-9+ years of experience in digital media, integrated marketing, project management, or account management. Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and reporting fundamentals. Excellent project management and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving client and business needs. A strategic approach with a focus on details and follow-through.
