Position Overview
The Mathnasium Center Director is a dynamic, high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. This role is responsible for driving the overall performance and growth of the center by converting leads into enrollments, delivering exceptional parent and student experiences, and leading a team of passionate educators.
At the heart of the role is sales execution and customer conversion. The Center Director is the face of the business—proactively following up with leads, delivering compelling consultations, and enrolling families into our program. They are energized by hitting targets, growing enrollment, and delivering results.
Equally important is operational excellence. The Center Director oversees all aspects of the center’s day-to-day operations, including educational quality, team development, and administrative efficiency. From diagnosing student learning gaps and crafting personalized learning plans to ensuring the center is clean, welcoming, and running smoothly—they own it all.
A successful Center Director is a hands-on coach and motivator. They train and empower their team, delegate effectively, and foster a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Above all, Center Directors are passionate about changing lives through math, building relationships with families, and leading their centers with purpose, energy, and a focus on growth.
Please note: This is not a teaching position and does not require an advanced understanding of math or other academic subjects. This is a full-time sales and leadership role.
Schedule
School Year Monday-Thursday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday or Sunday (Your Choice): 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Summer Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer service, and/or business development
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Positive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
Passion for education and making a positive impact on students’ lives.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
