Marketing Director Chick-fil-A Capital Crossing Raleigh, NC 27604 Position Overview The Marketing Director is responsible for driving brand awareness, guest frequency, catering growth, and overall sales through strategic marketing initiatives, community engagement, and local relationship building. This role partners closely with the Operator and Leadership Team to execute Chick-fil-Aapproved marketing strategies while identifying opportunities to build sales across all dayparts, channels, and catering platforms. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Execution Execute Chick-fil-Aapproved marketing initiatives that align with the restaurant's business goals and brand standards. Develop and manage a local marketing calendar, including seasonal promotions, LTO launches, and community activations. Ensure consistent brand voice and visual standards across all marketing channels. Analyze sales trends, guest feedback, and CEM data to adjust marketing efforts and improve performance. Catering Growth & Sales Development Own and execute the catering strategy to drive sales growth and guest acquisition. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, healthcare facilities, and community organizations. Proactively pursue new catering accounts through in-person visits, calls, and networking. Develop catering promotions, sampling initiatives, and follow-up processes to increase repeat catering orders. Partner with Operations to ensure catering execution meets Chick-fil-A standards of accuracy, quality, and hospitality. Track catering sales performance and report results to leadership. Sales Building & Community Outreach Identify opportunities to grow sales across all channels: Front Counter, Drive Thru, Mobile, Delivery, and Catering. Lead grassroots marketing efforts, including off-site events, fundraisers, spirit nights, and community sponsorships. Represent Chick-fil-A at community events, chamber meetings, and networking opportunities. Leverage partnerships and local connections to increase brand visibility and guest frequency. Digital Marketing & Guest Engagement Manage social media presence in alignment with Chick-fil-A guidelines to promote events, catering, and community involvement. Support Chick-fil-A One app adoption and digital sales growth through targeted promotions and education. Monitor online reviews and guest feedback; partner with leadership to address opportunities and improve guest experience. Leadership & Collaboration Collaborate with Directors and Leaders to align marketing initiatives with operational readiness. Train and equip team members to support marketing, catering execution, and sales-building efforts. Uphold Chick-fil-A's mission, values, and culture in all marketing and community interactions. Assist with budget planning and ensure responsible use of marketing funds.
