has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Marketing Director for our client, an innovative EduTech institution dedicated to equipping middle and high school students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in the fields of computer science and artificial intelligence. This role leads strategic marketing initiatives that drive student enrollment and community engagement and shapes the voice and reach of this premier EduTech institution.
Reporting to the Co-Founder and CEO, the Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, grow the student base, and strengthen stakeholder relationships. As a member of the executive team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of education and technology! This full-time, hybrid role is based in Silicon Valley, California.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive program enrollment. Direct cross-functional marketing and sales teams in delivering multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, and in-person initiatives. Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities for growth and market positioning. Partner with internal departments to maintain brand consistency and cohesive messaging across all communications. Oversee marketing budget planning and ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve optimal return on investment. Track key performance indicators for marketing efforts and refine tactics based on campaign performance data.
QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years in a leadership marketing role, ideally within the education or tech industry. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese required. Background in education, EdTech, or youth-focused services is a plus. Demonstrated success in creating and implementing impactful marketing campaigns. Skilled in leading teams and guiding cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
In addition to a competitive salary of $100,000 to $150,000, with the ability to offer up to $200,000 for an exceptional candidate, plus additional benefits and performance-based bonuses.
