Your role

We’re looking for a Market Director to:

• serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing branch responsibilities and day-to-day operations
• be responsible for financial results, overseeing cost and risk management
• attract, recruit, develop and retain skilled talent
• coach all team members, ensuring the right training and that development measures are results-oriented and transparent
• manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks

Salary information

• Seattle: the salary range for this role is $225,000 to $275,000

Your team

You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. You’ll lead the Pacific Northwest Market team, reporting directly to the divisional director. You’ll manage a group of branch managers and financial advisors across your market, acting as a coach on all aspects of their roles.

Your expertise

• ideally 8+ years of experience with a leading financial institution
• proven leadership experience in the industry
• Series 7, 66, and 9/10
• motivated, self-directed and driven
• skilled at creating a positive business culture

Result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations).
