Job Overview: A leading healthcare network in Turlock, California , is seeking a strategic and passionate Market Director of Womens and Children Services to oversee operations across labor & delivery, obstetrics, and pediatric care units. This executive-level position is ideal for a dynamic nursing leader with deep clinical experience and a commitment to patient-centered care, innovation, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning and operational management of Womens and Childrens Services across the market.

Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, family-centered care in Labor & Delivery, NICU, Pediatrics, and Postpartum units.

Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and staff engagement.

Drive initiatives that support patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and clinical outcomes.

Manage budgets, staffing, and development for multiple sites within the network.

Required Qualifications: Current and active California RN license.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Labor & Delivery or Obstetrics.

At least 5 years of nursing leadership experience.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) or Business (MBA) preferred.

ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required.

Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN).

Strong leadership presence with a track record of team development and service line growth.
