$100,000 - $110,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and asset managers, acting as the primary point of contact for all sales-related communications and performance reporting.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning, partnering with revenue management and hotel leadership to align with market trends and maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop top-performing sales talent, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and results.
- Conduct regular site visits and coaching sessions to ensure adherence to brand sales standards, elevate team performance, and drive accountability.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and market data to identify trends, adjust strategies, and capture new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills and relationship management, including owner relations.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel sales leadership, with preference for candidates who have led multi-property or above-property teams
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning.
