The Operations Director, in collaboration with the Center Director or Executive Director, will oversee center operations, focusing on production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT management. This role is essential for ensuring the needs of our center, physicians, clinicians, care teams, patients, and visitors are thoroughly met. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Center Director to meet production goals and implement improvement plans when necessary. Manage and maintain operational records, consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Determine labor usage independently to support center production goals. Ensure smooth patient flow through the center and address problem areas with effective solutions. Oversee financial aspects in the absence of the Center Director, ensuring production goals are achieved. Working with the Center Manager: Ensure financial targets are met while adhering to cash management and financial reporting responsibilities. Support ongoing improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing data to enhance quality, efficiency, and profitability, and implement corrective action plans as needed. Collaborate with market leadership to address deficiencies identified during audits. Uphold HSE and OSHA policies, ensuring compliance and thorough documentation. Manage inventories efficiently for optimal customer service while minimizing investment. Ensure compliance with all company procedures and applicable regulations. Maintain a clean work environment, ensuring sufficient operating supplies and conduct routine audits. Perform other duties as assigned at the manager's discretion. Qualifications: Strong business acumen and operations management skills. Knowledge of regulatory standards and local, state, and federal laws applicable to the healthcare sector. Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Outstanding leadership, training, and communication skills. Experience in budgeting and fiscal management preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time between centers and regionally. Fluency in spoken and written English. Ability to exercise independent judgment in decision-making. Education and Experience: BA/BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Biological Sciences, or a related field required. Additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a medical clinic or hospital setting. A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience within a regulated healthcare environment.
