Seeking an experience and energetic manager to lead and develop all services provided at the Harstfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport, for different airlines. Direct all aspects of the day-to-day operations at the station and ensure efficiency and performance in accordance with the corporate objectives, strategy and plans. Our services are: Security, Skycaps, Porter, Wheelchairs Cabin Cleaning, Janitorial, and Passenger Services for various airlines.

Essential Functions

* Oversee and monitor the operations performance to ensure increased profitability and productivity. Ensures that services expectations are being met. * Help maintain budget targets, including total working hours, reducing overtime, and any operational expenses. * Lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team to ensure the company achieves its business objective. * Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all key stakeholders (customer airline's management, airport management, customs, immigration etc) to meet business target . * Promotes company services and seek business opportunities. * Implement, oversee and monitor all safety and security measures and KPI'S related to people, equipment, facilities and aircraft involved in the operation. * Elaborates schedules for the different services. * Maintain a high level of employee retention. * Promotes all company policies * Build and encourage strong leadership within management team * Manages the daily operation for all airport services and supervises the staff. * Maintain a minimum level of complaints and provides quick solutions when service expectations are not met. * Ensures all changes in services and operations (time changes, cancellations, delays and/or extra services) are communicated to the staff and all positions and services are covered. * Ensures the staff training records are updated, manuals, read & sign, bulletins, briefings, and flight files. * Manage of emails and answer inquiries related to operation or customer's feedback. * Keeps a record of operation targets such as: On time performance, customer satisfaction, document check, baggage handling, passenger processing speed. * Attends monthly meeting, take the minutes, and putting the corrective actions for any improvement required. * Ensure all indicators align with the company goals, such as Client Satisfaction, Overtime Hours, etc. are met. * Maintains a favorable working relationship with the client and employees to foster aid promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness. * Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

* University degree or equivalent, advanced degree in related field or professional certifications are advantageous * Excellent working knowledge of business management principles and practices, financial concepts, and key drivers of profitability and operational performance. * 5 years experience in the Aviation Industry * Fluent spoken and written English * Strong strategic skills and commercial acumen combined with the ability to motivate teams to deliver high quality standards * Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional, internal and external work relationships with all stakeholders and interest groups * Team focused management style that fits into a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment * Strong oral and written communications and ability to communicate and motivate at all levels * A sense of urgency and a passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement * Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
