About the Role

The Company is in search of a Managing Director to take on a pivotal leadership role with a focus on driving operations, governance, and team alignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clarity and momentum across all aspects of the organization. This includes overseeing the foundation's strategic and operational activities, maintaining a rigorous grant partner evaluation and reporting process, and upholding the company's core values of collaboration, curiosity, diversity, integrity, discipline, adaptability, and holistic relationships.
