About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assurance Managing Director with a focus on Third Party Attestation. This senior role is dedicated to professionals with a proven track record in a specific technical area of third-party attestation reporting, including but not limited to SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, SOC for Cybersecurity, and various other industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of business and technical duties, including applying advanced knowledge of business functions and strategies, participating in the marketing and business development process, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves technical responsibilities such as serving as an Engagement Director or Concurring Reviewer, ensuring the effectiveness of the control environment, and supervising the audit team.

Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in internal or external audit. A strong background in third-party attestation reporting and GAAS technical skills is essential, with additional experience in internal control reviews being a plus. The role requires a candidate with executive presence, excellent risk management decision-making skills, and the ability to function as an Engagement Director. Professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, CISSP, or others are mandatory. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of auditing theory, be adept at applying professional standards, and have a proven ability to lead and develop a team.
