The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on the tax implications of their business activities, developing strategies to minimize tax burdens, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of various tax specialties, including international tax, and the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world situations. The Tax Managing Director will also be involved in the direct supervision of tax professionals, and will be a key member of the office or region leadership team, contributing to the overall management and development of the tax practice.

Applicants for the Tax Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in tax or a related area. A CPA, Attorney, or EA certification is required. The role demands superior communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tax strategy development, be recognized as an industry expert in their area of specialization, and have a strong network for business development.
