About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Tax Digital Transformation and Innovation Product Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product lifecycle of proprietary technology solutions that support the tax practice and client service delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of both tax and technology product development, with a proven track record in launching and managing products that enhance professional services. The Managing Director will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the tax practice's strategic needs. They will also oversee the product development lifecycle, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead the deployment, adoption, and implementation of the products.

Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a focus in accounting, finance, information systems, business administration, or computer science. A Master's degree in accounting, taxation, or a J.D. is preferred. A minimum of 12 years' experience in tax and/or technology product management is required, with a strong preference for those with a background in corporate taxation, consolidations, partnership taxation, and individual taxation. The ideal candidate will have experience in process design and improvement, as well as a proven track record in product management for enterprise-grade tax applications. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a deadline-driven environment. Professional certifications such as CPA, JD, EA, PMP, or a Certified Product Manager are also preferred.
