About the Role

The Company is seeking a Tax Managing Director with a focus on construction and real estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactive client engagement, expanding the business practice, and coaching staff on business development strategies. This role may also involve direct profit responsibility for the specialty practice, as well as ongoing planning, marketing, and business development for a specialized department. The Tax Managing Director will be expected to meet budgeted goals, ensure quality control standards, and may be part of the Senior Operations Management Team.

Applicants for the Tax Managing Director position at the company should have a Master's degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 10 years' experience in public accounting or a related field, including 10 years of supervisory experience, is required. The candidate must have an active CPA or equivalent certification, the ability to manage deadlines, and be proficient in relevant technology. Strong communication skills, a high level of business integrity, and a proven track record in client service and leadership are essential. The role also requires the flexibility to travel as needed for client and business requirements.
