About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Information Security Officer to provide cyber risk management oversight and lead a small team in delivering cyber advisory services, building application-level threat models, and executing a cyber book of work. The successful candidate will be a strategic change agent, a thought leader in cyber security, and will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders to enhance cyber capabilities. This role requires a technical background with a focus on emerging technologies such as multi-cloud, AI, machine learning, blockchain, software supply chain, and quantum computing. Candidates for this role at the company should have at least 12 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, with a minimum of 4 years in financial services, and a strong operational focus. The role demands effective communication skills, the ability to build and manage a high-performing team, and a background in business administration, information assurance, or a related technical field. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, and GIAC are highly valued.
