The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in the development and execution of annual fundraising strategies, with a focus on both electoral and policy advocacy work. This includes building partnerships to secure multi-year gifts from high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and foundations. The role involves overseeing team members in peer-to-peer fundraising and ensuring a strong mix of funding from various donor levels. The Managing Director will also be a key liaison across the organization, advising on fundraising goals, and will serve on the Senior Management Team, engaging in priority projects and leading fundraising efforts.
