About the Role

The Company is in search of a Managing Director to spearhead and expand its US operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business in driving new opportunities and securing contracts, as well as overseeing the operational execution to ensure the delivery of high-quality services across all projects. This role involves managing and mentoring a small core team of employees and coordinating temporary staff for project execution. The Managing Director will also work closely with senior leadership to define and implement strategic goals, optimize processes, and achieve growth targets.

The ideal candidate for this strategic leadership position will have a proven track record as a senior leader in a mid-sized, entrepreneurial company, with a strong background in operational management, business development, and client relationship management. A hands-on, gritty approach is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a small, agile organization. While not mandatory, experience in facilities, services, or related industries is advantageous.
