About the Role

This role requires a deep understanding of various tax specialties, including international, state and local, and estate planning, and the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world situations. The Tax Managing Director will also be involved in the direct supervision of tax professionals, and must be adept at managing and developing a team.

Applicants for the Tax Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's in accountancy or taxation, and at least 10 years' relevant experience. A CPA, Attorney, or EA certification is required. The role demands superior communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tax strategy development, be recognized as an industry expert in their field, and have the capacity to introduce and develop new ideas to benefit clients and the firm.
