About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead its multi-site operations with a focus on strategic and hands-on management. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day operations of all centers. This role demands a leader who can ensure operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while fostering a culture of excellence. The Managing Director will work closely with the CEO to shape and execute the organization's growth strategy, identify opportunities for expansion and innovation, and develop and implement systems that promote operational efficiency.

Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A proven track record in an executive or senior operational leadership role, particularly within service-focused industries, is essential. The role requires strong knowledge of childcare licensing, compliance, and safety regulations, as well as experience in managing multi-site operations with a focus on standardization and quality improvement. Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework is a plus.
