About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director of DevOps to lead the enterprise-wide DevOps vision and drive measurable outcomes across all business areas. The successful candidate will be a pragmatic, value-driven technology leader with a strong focus on enabling engineering teams to build and deliver solutions. Key responsibilities include serving as the bridge between product, security, and infrastructure groups, crafting a multi-year DevOps roadmap, and defining guardrails and policy frameworks that balance delivery speed with security and compliance. The role also involves evolving release engineering and compliance practices, leading site-reliability engineering, and fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in large-scale DevOps, SRE, or Release Engineering, with a significant portion of that time spent driving enterprise-level strategy. The ideal candidate will be an outcome-obsessed strategist, a servant leader, and an automation-first, metrics-driven change catalyst. Expertise in GitHub Actions, Advanced Security, Jenkins, EKS/Kubernetes, and Terraform is required, with experience in IBM systems being a plus. The role demands a proven communicator at the CTO level, capable of translating strategy into business outcomes, and a leader who can recruit, retain, and inspire top-tier talent. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
