Applicants for the Managing Director of Development position at the company should have a minimum of 8-10 years' of progressive fundraising experience, with a proven track record of securing six- and seven-figure gifts. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with deep expertise in relationship-based fundraising, a national perspective on the philanthropic landscape, and a passion for equity and systems change.
