Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Managing Director to oversee operations across multiple service lines, including hospice, home health, rehabilitation, mental/behavioral health, and pharmacy services. This is a leadership role for a business-focused executive; clinical licensure is not required .

Key Responsibilities Provide executive leadership and oversight across all service lines. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth, quality, and patient satisfaction. Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellence in care delivery. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and engage a multidisciplinary team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications MBA in Healthcare Administration or related field. Proven experience in healthcare operations across multiple service lines. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
