The Role
As Managing Director , you’ll oversee the organization’s Cleveland operations — balancing strategic direction with hands-on operational leadership. You’ll have full accountability for P&L, growth, compliance, and team performance across home health and hospice service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial, operational, and quality outcomes for multiple service lines.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
Develop and execute market growth strategies, including partnerships and expansion.
Ensure compliance with all CMS, state, and accreditation standards.
Champion innovation and technology to enhance quality, efficiency, and patient experience.
Represent the organization within the community and with key stakeholders.
Ideal Background
8+ years of senior leadership in home health, hospice, or multi-site healthcare operations .
Proven success managing budgets, P&L, and performance metrics .
Expertise in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and regulatory compliance .
Strong communication and leadership skills; adept at scaling teams and systems.
MBA, MHA, or related graduate degree required.
