Experience and Skills Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution 10+ years of experience as an Investment Banker, including recentclosed deals in tech (AI, SaaS, cloud infrastructure) Currently managing or actively developing a robust pipeline ofM&A or capital markets opportunities Exceptionally strong relationships with tech CEOs, founders, VCs,and strategics Deep knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, transactionstructuring, and capital markets strategy FINRA Series 79, 63 required (24 a plus) Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and ready to scale quickly What We Offer What Wedbush Offers You As part of our overall compensation package, Wedbush Securitiesoffers an array of diverse benefits to all our colleagues.
