As a Strategy and Business Consulting leader, you will play a critical role in managing and further scaling the EPAM service line to include Strategy Advisory. You will leverage your expertise to build a global start-up. Significant leadership and growth opportunities available in M&A, Data and AI, Industry, and Functional Practices As a trusted advisor to Boards of Directors, C-level executives, and the Investment Community, our Managing Directors will take a cross-disciplinary and multi-faceted approach to driving strategic and operational excellence, process improvements, and operating model enhancements for innovation and growth. You will bring market-leading experience and stay current on best practices, leading tools, technology, and trends in the field You will help us evolve the way in which we deliver our services to new and existing clients. You will combine business and technology expertise to define and deploy disruptive business capabilities. You will serve as a valued source of advice on relevant transformation approaches, business models, and digital enablement for clients and your colleagues EPAM has locations throughout North America, EMEA, and APAC. We are digital operators, who function as global, multi-functional, integrated teams to support our clients from defining enterprise-wide strategies to deploying fully operational capabilities Requirements
Prior experience as a Managing Director (Partner, or equivalent level) with primary client relationship responsibility and a proven record of growing a practices capability and revenue in a professional services firm Proven record of leadership and a minimum of 8 10 years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing strategy teams through business and digital transformations Structured problem-solving approach with demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem-solving Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels in an organization Bachelors degree, engineering or science preferred, with an outstanding record of academic achievement; advanced degree is also preferred Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language(s) Deep healthcare skills - Strong understanding of the healthcare value chain across payors, providers, life sciences, healthcare services, and technology products as well as key applications across the tech stack EHR, core administration, analytics Proven track record for building an advisory business at a major brand consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big4, Accenture) Leading business development and sales with sales/revenue goals of at least $8-10m annually Managing engagement delivery with engagement revenue targets of at least $10m annually Relationships with top-tier insurers (global insurers, large national insurers, super-regional insurers) Proven agility for selling and delivering both upfront business consulting engagement and transformational technology programs Experience with leading software package solutions across patient engagement cycle, core administrative platforms Benefits
