About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Business Architecture and Product, Platform, and Services (PPS) Operating Model Transformation. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional with a strong background in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or strategic transformation, particularly within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and institutionalization of the business architecture function and the implementation of a PPS operating model across the COO organization. Key responsibilities include establishing and scaling the business architecture function, designing and maintaining business capability models, and providing architectural oversight for major transformation initiatives. The role also involves leading the end-to-end transformation toward a PPS operating model, defining and implementing operating standards, and developing frameworks for product lifecycle management.

Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record in designing and executing operating models, particularly in product-centric or transformation contexts. Deep knowledge of business capability modeling, value stream mapping, and enterprise transformation is essential, as is a strong understanding of COO functions. The role requires proficiency in program and change management, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes across global, cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, and ServiceNow, and possess exceptional communication, facilitation, and strategic thinking skills. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technology is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
