The US base salary range for this full-time position is $310,000-$432,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Provide strong business and technical leadership. Create a transformation-led innovation framework that establishes the individual and by extension, the account teams as a “trusted-advisor” to large Industry (Retail, Telco, Media & Gaming, Financial Services, and HCLS) clients and senior client stakeholders (business and technology). Contribute to driving growth and program execution by being accountable for the implementation and delivery goals for the business – adjusting solutions, leveraging multiple technology offerings, and establishing a go-to-market plan to address client requirements and challenges in an increasingly complex context and in a business that has a global footprint.
