About the Role

The Company is in search of a Global Head of Strategic Partner Oversight Services, a pivotal executive role within the Investment Management Chief Operating Officer (COO) organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining, leading, and evolving the strategy, operating model, governance, and delivery of the Strategic Partner Oversight (SPO) portfolio. This includes overseeing business and technology services provided by the company's affiliates and third-party providers, ensuring high-caliber service delivery, and maintaining robust regulatory and fiduciary governance. The role demands a visionary leader who can partner globally with executive teams to align and deliver on transformational programs, with a focus on the continual evolution of the outsourced service model.

Applicants must have a minimum of 20 years' executive management experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in asset management and global operations. The role requires a proven track record in transformational program leadership, including technology strategy, program delivery, and third-party service management. The ideal candidate will possess advanced quantitative and analytical skills, be adept at change management, and have a deep understanding of asset management functions and outsourced services. A strong educational background is essential, with an undergraduate degree required and an advanced degree or professional certification strongly preferred. The Global Head will be expected to drive organizational, team, and individual development, and to build and lead high-performing, cross-organizational teams.
