The Company is in search of a Global Head of Quantitative Portfolio Management for its Global Fixed Income Solutions team. This pivotal role demands a visionary and technically adept leader with a strong background in quantitative fixed income portfolio management or research. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of portfolio construction capabilities and quantitative fixed income strategies, with a focus on driving performance and innovation. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring a high-performing team, collaborating with senior leadership to align quantitative initiatives with firm-wide goals, and ensuring the effective development of quantitative infrastructure for portfolio construction, alpha generation, and risk analytics. The role also involves representing the team in client engagements, internal investment committees, and industry forums.

Applicants for the Global Head of Quantitative Portfolio Management position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the field and hold an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline. The role requires a deep knowledge of fixed income instruments, derivatives, and macroeconomic drivers, as well as proficiency in programming languages and portfolio optimization tools.
