About the Role

The Company is in search of a Global Head of Indexed Portfolio Management for Fixed Income Solutions. This executive will be tasked with leading the portfolio management function across a diverse range of indexed fixed income strategies, ensuring that the construction, design, and implementation of portfolios align with client objectives and the firm's investment philosophy. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of indexed portfolio managers, collaborating with senior leadership to align portfolio strategies with client mandates and market opportunities, and overseeing global portfolio construction processes. The successful candidate will also be expected to engage with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to communicate investment strategy and performance.

Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in fixed income portfolio management or related investment roles, with a strong preference for those holding an advanced degree in a quantitative field. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing investment teams, delivering strong performance, and a deep understanding of fixed income markets, instruments, and macroeconomic drivers. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to influence across a matrixed organization. A CFA® designation is desirable. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of making a significant impact in the global asset management industry.
